From all eternity God thought about you and created you. You were created in his image. Every part of you was fashioned with the qualities that God wanted you to have in order to best do and be what God wanted you to do and be. You have been chosen by God. You did not choose him, He chose you.
There is something you do better than anyone else in the world! You are called to a special vocation for a work that no one else can do. God gave you everything necessary to accomplish that task. You are fitted with the right personality, talents, gifts, and disposition for what God created you for. In responding to his will for us is where we find true peace and happiness.
Talk to our Lady about all this. Meditate on it and let her guide you this year. What is she speaking to you about in your heart? It’s usually quite simple.
