If we want God to teach us and show us things, we need to have a childlike heart. God hides things from the wise and learned, and reveals them to the little ones, the simple and childlike.
This does not refer to our level of education. It doesn’t mean that God is against college degrees. It refers to an attitude of heart – are we open to learn new things like a child is?

Who Jesus Chose
Look at the example of Jesus – who did He choose to found His Church upon? Simple fishermen and a tax collector.
Is our path of education helping us to know, love and serve God?
We need to ask Him, “How do you want me to use my gifts in Your service?”
