“Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil.” Ephesians 6:11
We are in a spiritual battle with an invisible enemy who is smarter than we are. He lies in wait to deceive us, lay traps for us.
We need to put ALL the armor on, not just some of it:
- The belt of truth
- The breastplate of righteousness
- The shoes of zeal to spread the Gospel
- The shield of faith
- The helmet of salvation
- The sword of the Spirit, the Word of God
In this episode we look closely at the belt of truth. We need to be grounded in the truth. Satan is the father of lies, Jesus is the truth. We want to be firmly in Jesus’ kingdom.

That lesson was for me, and now that I know which offense against the Truth I committed, I can go to confession and ask Jesus to forgive me advice me grace to stand in the Armor He gave me.
